How do I get help with Fluent? |

UQ has an academic research license for Fluent products and this restricts the access to user support channels. We are not permitted to distribute the support channel credentials, so please don't ask!
If you require assistance with using Fluent, there are some options: - Log an ITS Support Desk job outlining the question you have (probably best done via email)
Be sure to mention HPC in your message HPC Group staff will query the Fluent support channels on your behalf. - Alternatively, you could try to register yourself with Ansys (www.ansys.com)
and you may gain access to some support materials that way. |
