Using HPC software in your Department |

Several HPCU applications are licensed under network or site licenses that also permit use on UQ department computers and/or Workstations.
Department use must be for research or education only as specified in the corresponding software license condition.
License access and sharing policies are controlled by the license funder.
Available applications include : G03, MATLAB, MSC Sofware applications.
Some details are provided below. Contact the ITS software license unit for assistance with a specific application.

MSC Software Applications ADAMS (Unix only), Marc Mentat, PATRAN (Unix and Windows)
The installation CD may be borrowed from the HPC system administration staff.
During installing, enter license details as "1700@license.hpcu.uq.edu.au"
